Quality is our highest priority. If you believe a dress is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for information on how to return or exchange the item. Our Quality Team will inspect the returned product to determine if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same style and size are not available, we will refund your money within 3-5 days after receiving the return.

Within 15 days of your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the dress or request an exchange (a shipping fee will be charged). If you have misplaced your return label, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. However, any item that does not meet our inspection and evaluation criteria from our Quality Team will not be eligible for a return. Items must be free of dirt, odors (e.g., cigarette, sweat, detergent, sports medication), animal dander, deodorant marks, and any visible signs of wear and tear.
